As an Account Manager, you will be critical to ensure the success of growing revenue across the full GEMIT portfolio.
The individual will be the focal point for technical questions from the customers.
- Insure the total customer experience
- Act as a central point of all coordination for the customer
- Act as the accounts guide and primary liaison to ensure a seamless experience
- Provide detailed training to the customer
- Work directly with the company engineers and sales team, to fulfill customer demands with urgency
- Provides an excellent customer service experience
- Manage and drive client engagements
Qualifications
- BA/BSc – an advantage
- Directly related previous work experience
- Experience providing sales support or account management to external customers.
- The individual must be customer oriented and have good communication skills.
- Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal skills – Must
